If you wish to order BUniq products, please follow the process:

1. Get a total weight of your order (each product's weight is provided in the product description section).

2. Check the delivery rate corresponding to the total weight of your order (below) and add it up to your order cost.

3. Pay by Pay Pal                                                                   buniqcosmetics@gmail.com

3. Send us a message outlining products ordered, provide the total amount that you paid and your postal address.

4. We also accept bank transfers, for more information just send us a message.

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Because all the products are freshly prepared it might take a few days and depends on the order. We always keep our customers well informed about the timings so you will be aware of the stage your order is at. We post orders by standard post and it takes from 1 to 3 days to reach you. There are instances it might take longer but they are rare. In average it takes 3 to 5 working days to receive your order.

 

2. Can I request posting my order as a present to somebody else?

Yes, it’s possible. All you need to do is to provide the details for postage: name and the address. We can also attach a short note from you.

 

3. What happens if my order gets lost on the way?

Your satisfaction is of most importance to us however some things are beyond our control.  If after 2-3 weeks there is no sign of your order we will be happy to give your money back or post out a replacement by registered post immediately. We would require additional payment thought for the shipment (the cost of the order itself is on us).

 

4. What happens if I am not happy with my order?

The answer depends on the nature of your complaint. Your satisfaction is of most importance to us however some things are beyond our control. We always securely wrap our products for postage but can’t guarantee they are handled in right way.

If the packaging is damaged and there is a major spillage, we will be happy to give your money back or send out a replacement as per question 3. If the pack is damaged in a way that it doesn’t lose its functionality you can either keep it or send it back to us and get a replacement.

Always read the product description before purchasing to make sure the texture, fragrance and properties are in line with your expectations. Should you have any questions at this stage don’t hesitate to go back to us for clarification. Once the product has been opened and tried there is no refund guaranteed.

 

5. I have changed my mind, can I give the products back?

Yes, you can post them back to us (not opened and not used) and you will receive your money back straight to your account.

 

6. How can I get my money back?

We will transfer your money back straight to your bank or PayPal account.

7. I would like to buy a fragrance free version of you product, is that possible?

Yes it’s possible and there is no additional cost.

 

 

8. What are the bonuses and discounts?

If you spend more than 100€ you are entitled to either a free delivery.

We provide a unique key holder (wooden leaf as above) with orders above 50€.
